Job Description

As our new Web Engineer you will be part of the Experimentation team aiming to scale experimentation company-wide. Your contribution will help make critical decisions backed by experimental data ensuring our platform remains accessible trustworthy and deeply integrated into Vinted's culture. By developing software and providing tools for our experimentation platform you will aid in building a fast scalable and reliable infrastructure that promotes innovation. Your role will center on creating a world-class experimentation platform utilized by various teams while collaborating closely with other developers and the Data Science group to enhance experimentation capabilities.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a curious individual eager to master the technologies used at Vinted with good knowledge of web technologies and standards. You should have hands-on experience in operations development at scale and a strong foundation in Software Engineering Functional Programming Data Structures Algorithms and Systems Architecture. A pragmatic approach to problem-solving combined with the ability to adapt to changing priorities is essential. Experience in developing internal self-service platforms will be an advantage as you will be expected to take ownership of your work ensuring clean easy-to-understand code is produced.
