Job Description

We seek a self-driven Technical Program Manager to join the Engineering function. In this role you will focus on initiating and driving programs to ensure that we deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will manage the lifecycle of large and complex engineering programs influence technical priorities and business strategy at company level and help teams with best program management practice. You will be accountable for engineering initiatives by working to keep the scope of efforts under control accelerating progress by driving timely data-driven decisions and improving processes and metrics required to increase efficiency. This role demands effective communication with stakeholders and a solid understanding of software design and delivery.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have more than 4 years of program or project management experience. You should have led at least 4 different multi-quarter software engineering projects and possess a degree in a field of software engineering. A strong attitude towards getting things done and the ability to drive simplification is essential. If you have 2+ years of direct software development experience knowledge of business analysis and a proven track record of coordinating dependencies in multi-track multi-functional projects that will be a significant advantage. Additionally you must communicate effectively in all directions and possess the ability to write a compelling narrative.
