Job Description

We seek a self-driven Technical Program Manager to join the Engineering function. In this role you will focus on initiating and driving programs to ensure that we deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will manage the lifecycle of large and complex engineering programs while influencing technical priorities and business strategy at the company level. You are accountable for engineering initiatives and represent the technology to stakeholders. This position requires effective communication across organizational boundaries and being proactive in driving understanding of software design and delivery. You should have a GSD attitude and be able to drive simplification while also helping teams with best program management practices.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate has led at least four different multi-quarter software engineering projects and has over four years of experience in program or project management. A degree in software engineering is desired along with two years of direct software development experience although this is optional. Experience as a business analyst is a major plus. Effective communication skills are critical including the ability to coordinate dependencies across multi-track projects and to write strong narratives. You need to be assertive in driving efficient processes and maintaining control over the scope of engineering efforts across various teams.
