Join us as a Technical Program Manager in Vinted's vibrant Security and Privacy function As a valued member of the Security and Privacy leadership team you'll play a crucial role in supporting the entire Vinted Group Your primary responsibilities include overseeing impactful programs that influence the entire Vinted community while shaping and maintaining our security and privacy strategy You will manage the lifecycle of complex programs driving faster implementation and enhancing operational efficiency Your strategic thinking and exceptional execution skills will be essential in navigating and driving programs in this dynamic collaborative environment

Job Requirements

You should possess proven ability to manage complex technical programs at enterprise scale while delivering cross-functional multi-year programs in dynamic settings A solid understanding of methodologies such as TOC Lean TPS Agile or Scrum is necessary together with core project management skills including scope schedule budget and risk management Additionally experience driving change within large organizations while effectively engaging multiple audience levels is crucial Your technical acumen should include a good understanding of security and privacy principles and best practices while aligning business and engineering perspectives for successful program execution
