Join us as a Technical Program Manager in Vinted's vibrant Security and Privacy function where you will oversee impactful programs that span the entire Vinted community. You will shape and maintain our security and privacy strategy and frameworks while managing large and complex programs that support strategic goals and have significant business impacts. Your expertise in program management and execution will be crucial as you navigate through a collaborative environment ensuring operational efficiencies and process improvements. With a focus on transparent communication and stakeholder engagement you will influence leadership and drive significant engineering efforts collaborating across multiple functions and teams.

Job Requirements

To excel in this role you should possess proven skills in managing complex technical programs at an enterprise scale while demonstrating success in delivering cross-functional programs in dynamic environments. A solid understanding of methodologies like Agile Lean and Scrum is crucial along with strong project management abilities overseeing the scope schedule budget and quality. You must possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with technical teams and executive leadership navigating change initiatives. A well-rounded understanding of security and privacy principles regulations and best practices along with a good grasp of service delivery from both business and engineering perspectives will be needed to succeed in this position.
