Job Description

We’re seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance and expand our Kubernetes infrastructure which encompasses over 1200 physical servers across 4 data centers and various regions. Within the Production Engineering team you will engage in the development and maintenance of on-premises Kubernetes systems. This role presents significant chances for professional growth and increased responsibility as you contribute to a high-availability environment. You'll be integral in automating processes writing code and aiding Vinted engineers in creating efficient secure and scalable applications while troubleshooting and improving our infrastructure to meet performance targets.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have substantial experience with Kubernetes and a solid understanding of Linux operating systems and networking principles. Proficiency in programming particularly in Go and Ruby is preferred alongside being a curious proactive individual eager to learn about and master the technologies in use. We are looking for someone keen on developing reliable scalable solutions within our custom on-premises infrastructure while taking an active part in monitoring and debugging production issues to align with our service-level objectives.
