Are you passionate about protecting businesses and customers from fraud? As a Shipping Fraud Prevention Specialist at Vinted Go you will play a critical role in safeguarding our shipping processes and ensuring the integrity of our compensation requests system. You will be responsible for monitoring analyzing and preventing fraudulent activities related to high-value shipments. Your main duties will include reviewing compensation requests analyzing claims to identify potential fraud and collaborating with product teams to develop scalable processes. You will work to enhance efficiency of existing tools improve workflows and assist in identifying fraud patterns while working closely with information security teams and carrier security teams to implement long-term solutions.

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in fraud detection investigation or risk management preferably within the e-commerce or logistics industry. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential for reviewing claims and identifying potential fraudulent activities. Strong collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with various departments including product customer service and information security. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable you to clearly articulate issues and provide actionable insights. Being adaptable and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment is also required.
