Job Description

In this role you will build and enhance the observability tools that support the reliability of Vinted services utilizing a full-stack application that integrates multiple backend microservices with observability data. You will closely collaborate with backend engineers to implement features and suggest architectural improvements while defining alerts and managing on-call rotations. To excel in this position you will set design system directions and improve overall user experience for our tools and the developer experience by actively participating in team discussions and decision-making processes. Using React Typescript CSS and HTML5 daily you will also experience the immediate impact of your work on the engineering team and contribute to Vinted's vision of seamless shipping and delivery solutions across Europe.

Job Requirements

To qualify you should have a strong understanding of the latest web technologies and a solid grasp of best UX practices with a proactive mindset and ownership attitude. Your passion for problem-solving along with a willingness to learn and master new technologies will be essential. You should possess expertise across multiple disciplines particularly in Software Engineering Functional Programming and Systems Architecture. Excellent English communication skills are crucial for collaboration with diverse teams while organizational skills will help you manage tasks effectively. Experience in UI/UX design will be advantageous but not mandatory. Your ability to thrive in complex environments and work independently when necessary will also contribute to your success.
