Job Description

In this role you will be building and improving observability tools and developing product features in close collaboration with backend engineers and team members. You'll help establish and shape the direction of the design system while making decisions about frontend solutions within the Observability Tools team. This position allows you to partner with leadership to outline and develop roadmaps for new initiatives while enhancing the user experience. Furthermore you'll be working with React Typescript CSS and HTML5 daily while collaborating effectively with your peers through GitHub pull requests and code reviews. You'll experience the immediate impact of your coding efforts on Vinted’s engineering team and will have the opportunity to mentor others by leading through example.

Job Requirements

To excel in this position you should possess a strong understanding of web technologies and standards along with a solid grasp of UX best practices. A proactive mindset and ownership attitude is essential as is a passion for resolving complex issues and a willingness to learn new technologies. You will need deep expertise in software engineering and computer science fundamentals. Excellent communication skills in English are crucial to facilitate collaboration with diverse teams. Strong organizational abilities for task management and the capability to work independently while engaging others is important. Experience in UI/UX design is considered a plus.
