Job Description

As a Resource Analyst you will join our dynamic Workforce Management team to drive service levels and productivity across all supported skills and markets. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive forecast modelling planning real-time resource allocation and making data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. You will also lead projects focused on process improvement automation and optimisation. This role is crucial in ensuring our Vinted community receives timely support through effective management of resources and workflows fostering an efficient operational environment.

Job Requirements

You should be proficient in numerical analysis with a strong grasp of data manipulation using Excel Google Sheets and BI tools. Experience in resource planning or workforce management is essential along with excellent verbal and written communication skills to present insights effectively. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are necessary along with a desire to continuously enhance your knowledge of workforce management practices. A high level of proficiency in English both written and spoken is required to facilitate clear communication with stakeholders.
