Job Description

As a Product Manager in the Listing subdomain at Vinted Marketplace you will leverage your analytical and UX expertise to enhance the upload experience for users. You will lead a team of roughly 20 members ensuring the creation of high-quality listings that resonate with potential buyers. Your role will involve working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Engineering Design and Data Science to tackle complex challenges while driving Vinted's mission of making second-hand the first choice. You will focus on vital metrics such as Listings per Active User and Sell-Through Rate aiming to create innovative systems that support millions of users across Europe. Your ability to communicate effectively and make data-driven decisions will be critical as you prioritize opportunities for product enhancement and manage the development cycles responsibly.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who has experience managing the full product lifecycle with a strong aptitude for integrating user feedback and performing data analysis. A solid understanding of product development processes as well as the ability to balance product needs with technical debt is essential. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to translate intricate concepts into actionable plans are crucial for success in this role. You should be adept in agile methodologies promoting iterative development and welcome the opportunity to take on challenges to maintain a competitive edge. Familiarity with machine learning systems is an added advantage and passion for driving innovation in a dynamic environment is a must.
