Job Description

We’re seeking a Product Manager with strong analytical and UX expertise to join our Listing subdomain comprising approximately 20 team members. You will oversee the development of an intuitive upload experience for our members where your experience with IT solutions delivery is essential. The collaboration with cross-functional peers including Engineering Design and Data Science is key to address complex user and business challenges. You should possess a proven track record for delivering impactful product solutions and be prepared to tackle challenges while growing in your role. Your responsibilities will involve integrating user feedback to drive prioritization conducting hypothesis-based experimentation and iterating through the full product lifecycle to enhance the listing experience for millions of users across Europe supporting Vinted's mission of making second-hand the first choice.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering in full product lifecycles and balancing product progress with technical debt. You should be skilled in making data-driven decisions and utilizing agile methodologies for iterative software development. Excellent communication abilities are required to translate complex concepts into actionable tasks while connecting user issues with business opportunities. A passion for innovation and adaptability in a dynamic work environment are essential traits for success in this role. Additional domain knowledge regarding machine learning systems would be advantageous in enhancing product solutions.
