Join the Experimentation team at Vinted where you will contribute to the development of critical internal products that facilitate decision-making across the organisation. Your role involves enhancing experimentation feature flagging and metric standardisation tools which support every function at Vinted from Product to Data to Engineering. As a Product Manager you will co-create solutions that empower rapid testing and learning based on real user data ultimately driving innovation within the company. Your impact will resonate across multiple product areas thus making the role both significant and exciting as you help position sustainable consumption as a primary choice worldwide.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need prior experience as a product manager within dynamic teams. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive mindset as well as skills in conducting research to derive meaningful insights. Collaboration with engineering and analytics teams in demanding environments is essential in addition to balancing data-driven decision-making with product instinct. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders ensuring seamless conversations and buy-in on experimentation processes.
