Job Description

As the Product Design Manager for the Member Lifecycle domain at Vinted Marketplace you will play a key role in enhancing the user experience of our platform. This position emphasizes the importance of design in achieving Vinted's mission to promote second-hand fashion. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing design team and fostering collaboration between various departments including Marketing Engineering Product and Data Science. The goal is to effectively communicate Vinted's value proposition to new members while co-creating engagement strategies for existing users. You'll ensure that all communications across platforms are clear and culturally relevant while advocating for customer needs in strategic decisions. You will also engage with other design leaders to continuously evolve design practices and culture within the organization.

Job Requirements

To excel in this role you should have experience in leading design teams with a passion for mentorship and fostering continuous improvement. A proven track record of delivering user-centered solutions that aid in business growth particularly in user acquisition and engagement is essential. You need to demonstrate skill in collaborating with marketing and communication teams to create consistent brand experiences. A strong grasp of user research methods usability testing and creating intuitive designs is necessary. You should also possess analytical abilities that allow you to leverage data to inform design choices alongside excellent communication skills to advocate for user needs and present concepts to stakeholders.
