Job Description

As our new Product Design Manager within the Member Lifecycle domain you will play a key role in delivering effective design strategies that align with Vinted’s mission. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the member experience is seamless clear and engaging from onboarding to retention. By collaborating with marketing and localisation teams you will create cohesive experiences that resonate with users across various regions. Your leadership will empower a high-performing design team and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Furthermore you will participate in domain leadership discussions shaping design vision and driving the necessary changes for optimal user experiences. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment demanding a passion for product development while maintaining focus on delivering enjoyable and beneficial experiences to the users.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need a strong background in leading design teams and mentoring fellow designers. You should have a proven track record of creating user-centered solutions that enhance business growth and retention. Experience in collaborating with marketing and communication teams is essential along with a deep understanding of user research and testing methodologies. Strong analytical skills are required to utilize data in influencing design decisions and improving user engagement. Excellent communication skills are also critical as you will need to articulate design choices and present your ideas to stakeholders while advocating for the users’ needs. A proactive approach to improving design operations and a passion for fostering collaboration will serve you well.
