Job Description

Vinted’s Finance team is responsible for producing transparent and high-quality financial accounts while supporting sustainable operations and growth. The Financial Reporting Manager will lead a team of five finance specialists ensuring that both company and team objectives align through effective task execution while fostering the professional development of team members. The manager will oversee the timely preparation of consolidated financial accounts and collaborate with various teams to enhance the accuracy of financial data. Strong leadership skills and effective communication are essential for facilitation with external auditors and stakeholders during audits and reporting periods. The role requires a motivated individual with extensive experience in financial accounting and a good understanding of IFRS to drive process improvements and organizational efficiency across the Group Financial Reporting area.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess at least six years of experience in financial accounting with a focus on consolidation for a minimum of ten legal entities. Strong team management skills are required along with an ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Essential skills include proficiency in MS Excel and excellent communication in English both spoken and written. Previous experience in a fast-growing tech company is advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate a proactive attitude towards process efficiencies and improvements with a strong understanding of financial audit and IFRS compliance. A keen enthusiasm for dynamic work environments is essential.
