Job Description

As an Engineering Manager at Vinted you will lead a team within the Points domain focusing on software solutions that support our delivery drivers. You will ensure your team delivers on technical solutions according to the roadmap and will work closely with various stakeholders to achieve this. Your responsibilities include nurturing best-in-class engineering talent while fostering an inclusive environment for optimal performance. With a focus on structuring and organizing the team efficiently you will guide backend web QA and android engineers in their efforts to enhance driver management and routing software. Your role will also involve actively participating in technical discussions and promoting the professional growth of your team members.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading a software engineering team with hands-on software engineering experience. You should demonstrate strong people management and communication skills allowing you to facilitate technical discussions and to adapt to changing priorities seamlessly. Previous experience in ensuring team members' development is essential as is the ability to raise team effectiveness and manage deliverables efficiently. You are expected to take responsibility for the outcomes of your team's work to ensure alignment with organizational goals while creating a culture of trust and accountability.
