As an Engineering Manager at Vinted Go you will lead a cross-functional team consisting of backend web QA and android engineers focusing on software solutions for drivers. Responsible for both technical and delivery outcomes you will create an inclusive team environment support the professional growth of your team and ensure the delivery of reliable and scalable software products. This role requires you to structure organize and challenge your team to achieve their goals while staying close to technical details. Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience leading a software engineering team and delivering on agreed outcomes along with prior software engineering experience. You should have strong people management skills enabling you to facilitate effective team dynamics and development. Additionally being comfortable with adapting to changing priorities excellent communication skills in spoken and written English are essential. You are expected to contribute to technical discussions and to have a strong understanding of how to manage scopes and deliverables within your team. This position will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and team empowerment.
