The domain you are applying into is Trust and Safety. We are here to protect our members from harm which includes protection from bad users and content while fostering secure usage of Vinted as a platform. We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Product Engineering teams within the Trust and Safety domain specifically overseeing the quality of uploaded items ensuring harmful ones do not get through. You will be responsible for technical excellence of the codebase people leadership and delivery management while making sure your team contributes to our company vision of making second-hand fashion the first choice.

Job Requirements

Proven experience is needed in leading a software engineering team delivering outcomes effective management of scopes and deliverables while possessing strong people management skills to foster team development and growth. The role demands solid proficiency in communication with both technical and management levels. Candidates should be able to adapt to changing priorities and requirements while being excellent communicators in spoken and written English. Experience in building teams and hiring is crucial along with the capability to ensure effective operational processes and procedures within the team promoting mutual trust and accountability.
