Job Description

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join the Transactional Experience (TX) domain within Vinted Product Engineering. Our domain’s mission is to set the right promise so members initiate the transactions and meet it by enabling them to succeed in buying and selling. From an engineering perspective, we aim to maintain strong data consistency guarantees, ensure resilient payment and shipping orchestration, and maintain best-in-class performance. Essentially, we are committed to ensuring that every transaction that can succeed, succeeds.

Job Requirements

In this role, you will be accountable for the team’s personnel management ensuring great teamwork and collaboration, overseeing processes and procedures for optimized productivity, and managing delivery to ensure the team meets its quarterly roadmap. You will work closely with a backend-centric team to extract key services related to order management while treating Reusable Capabilities as a product and applying rigorous development standards. Your focus will be on fostering professional and personal growth within the team and conducting performance reviews while nurturing a high level of trust, accountability, and commitment among team members.
