Job Description

As Engineering Manager you will lead the Information Security Engineering team responsible for overseeing an engineering team and fostering an efficient work environment. You will contribute to the team's success by managing deliverables professional development and team growth. Your role involves establishing team vision setting priorities and timelines along with effective communication with stakeholders. You will ensure the team's well-being address staffing needs and create a healthy work culture. You will continuously improve processes deliverables and implement Quality Assurance procedures maintaining service reliability and monitoring performance. This position demands strong leadership in security concepts and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

Job Requirements

You should have proven experience in building and managing technical teams with a successful track record. A solid understanding of security concepts and tooling is essential alongside skills in managing project scope priorities and deliverables. You will need the courage to address challenging situations constructively and advocate for innovative technical initiatives. Fluency in English is required as you'll need to explain complex engineering concepts to non-engineering stakeholders effectively. Overall you should be able to foster team engagement while ensuring efficient processes and deliverables meet company standards.
