Job Description

We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to join and lead the Information Security Engineering team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing and guiding an engineering team while fostering a healthy and efficient work environment. The Engineering Manager will contribute to the collective strength and long-term success of the team by ensuring successful execution of planned deliverables and encouraging the professional development and growth of team members. This role requires establishing the team vision setting priorities and goals as well as maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and optimal utilization of team members. The Manager will be instrumental in ensuring consistent team deliveries and implementing quality assurance processes to maintain the expected standards and specifications for deliverables.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience building and leading technical teams demonstrating successful results. A solid understanding of security concepts and tooling is essential along with the ability to advocate for technical initiatives by identifying objectives and formulating impactful plans. Effective management of stakeholders scope and deliverables is crucial while also possessing the courage to address uncomfortable situations positively. Strong communication skills in English are necessary particularly to explain complex engineering and security concepts clearly to non-engineering individuals. An awareness of team well-being and engagement along with the ability to foster continuous learning and personal growth within the team will be paramount.
