We're looking for an Observability Infrastructure engineering team manager to lead a highly skilled team at Vinted and be responsible for the Observability infrastructure. In this position you will play a pivotal role in shaping our development lifecycle ensuring the highest reliability efficiency and scalability standards. Job Requirements

Proven experience leading a software engineering team and delivering results is essential. Strong people management skills alongside ensuring the development of team members will be required. A technical background and experience as an engineer are necessary along with project management experience. Being able to embrace uncertainty is crucial as well as having the courage to address uncomfortable situations manage conflicts and make difficult decisions. Additionally effective management of stakeholders scope priorities and deliverables is expected. You must be a collaborative visionary capable of setting a clear direction and delivering motivating incremental steps while enhancing team efficiency and building high-performing self-organized teams.
