We're looking for an Observability Infrastructure engineering team manager to lead a highly skilled team at Vinted and be responsible for the Observability infrastructure. In this position you will play a pivotal role in shaping our development lifecycle ensuring the highest reliability efficiency and scalability standards. Job Requirements

You should have proven experience leading a software engineering team and delivering results. Strong people management skills are essential along with the ability to manage stakeholders scope priorities and deliverables effectively. A technical background and experience as an engineer are critical as is project management experience delivering on cross-department initiatives. You must be able to embrace uncertainty handle conflicts make tough decisions and communicate well in both spoken and written English. Familiarity with Kubernetes containers and continuous delivery systems would be a benefit.
