Job Description

We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to join and lead the iOS Technologies team in the Marketplace Technologies domain. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure your team's health morale and efficiency while contributing to our mission of making second-hand the first choice worldwide. In this role you will be accountable for the team's results including delivery management and quality of engineering. You'll lead a team of around 4-5 engineers ensuring direction and delivery while collaborating closely with other leadership to implement the iOS platform strategy. Your work will apply Agile and Lean principles and you'll focus on professional and personal growth within the team.

Job Requirements

You should have proven experience leading a software engineering team with a strong people management skill set to ensure the development of your team members. A technical background along with project management experience directing cross-department initiatives is essential. You must be comfortable embracing uncertainty addressing uncomfortable situations and managing conflicts. Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English are crucial. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative visionary able to set a clear direction while enhancing team efficiency and building high-performing self-organized teams.
