Job Description

As the Director of Process Design & Optimisation you’ll lead a team focused on improving our core processes and enhancing operational efficiency across the organisation. You will play a critical role in optimising workflows enhancing productivity and establishing best practices that align with our business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we meet our performance targets reduce costs and deliver outstanding service.

Job Requirements

You should have extensive experience in process improvement operations or a similar role with a strong focus on strategy and process optimisation. Experience within a technology company or partnership with one is essential. Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is needed preferably with certification. Your leadership skills must include managing and developing teams while showcasing exceptional problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and project management skills are also crucial for this role.
