Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Online Support Operations to lead our teams in scaled moderation area This role will be pivotal in ensuring operational excellence supporting our Marketplace and managing our team of leaders and individual contributors The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management people leadership and stakeholder engagement including collaborating with Product and Data teams

Job Requirements

Extensive expertise in operations management scaled support or marketplace operations A focus on content moderation trust and safety or related fields is a plus Proven experience in managing and developing leaders and large teams with a strong focus on people management and team engagement Extensive knowledge of creating and implementing operational processes quality assurance protocols and resource management strategies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in building frameworks and using data to drive operational improvements Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Strong understanding of trust and safety functions is a plus Positive leadership and ability to mentor more junior leaders within Scaled Moderation and across other sub-function A Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Analytical field Operations Management or Business Administration is required a Master’s degree is preferred
