Join Vinted's Programs team to drive impactful initiatives across the Marketplace while focusing on high-impact projects spanning multiple product domains such as Electronics and Luxury Fashion. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support initiatives from inception to execution and will be pivotal in providing data-driven decisions that aid product development and prioritise opportunities. Your role involves establishing best practices for experimentation and defining key metrics and objectives. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with the Manager of Data Science and Analytics, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives. This position offers the chance to contribute significantly to the long-term vision of the organization and make a tangible impact on its growth trajectory.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should thrive in solving complex problems within a dynamic environment and value making data-informed decisions that influence program strategies. A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis is required, along with a BSc or MSc in a relevant field. Proficiency in SQL is essential, and experience with programming languages such as Python or R is highly sought after. Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effectively conveying findings and recommendations. Experience with data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau, along with knowledge of e-commerce dynamics, will be advantageous in this position.
