Job Description

Vinted is on an ambitious journey to redefine CRM Marketing and we're looking for a skilled analytical and driven CRM Campaign Specialist to join our CRM Service and Promotions sub-team. This role is crucial for deploying campaigns across various channels to engage our customers throughout their lifecycle while promoting our paid features services and discounts thereby increasing customer value and delivering significant revenue growth at a high ROI. You will utilize our multi-channel CRM platform Braze to launch and manage campaigns targeting different stages of the customer lifecycle to enhance customer engagement and revenue.

Job Requirements

You should have over a year of relevant experience in CRM ideally with a performance focus and hands-on experience with CRM platforms preferably Braze. You need to comprehend data and segmentation methodologies alongside A/B testing experience and have the appetite to learn about new channels customer behavior analysis content and KPIs. Analytical capabilities should be combined with business insights and you should be willing to experiment with innovative ideas validating them through data analysis. Communication should be effective along with collaboration skills allowing you to engage and influence stakeholders.
