Job Description

As a remote troubleshooting specialist at Telia you will diagnose and resolve issues related to internet television and mobile communication services while providing sales assistance and advice to clients. This position is ideal for those who enjoy talking with people and solving challenges while contributing to personal and team sales targets. We seek individuals who are motivated goal-setters positive thinkers and tech-savvy with excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and preferably knowledge of English and Russian. A high school diploma is required along with experience in sales and customer service considered an advantage. We offer a base salary of €1,400 - €1,600 with potential uncapped monthly bonuses based on performance which average around €400.
