Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will coordinate the recruitment process across various countries ensuring high quality operational tasks while suggesting improvements in the Talent Acquisition area. You will support stakeholders with recruitment process questions and will become an expert in the systems used for candidate selection and hiring. You will be involved in projects aimed at simplifying and improving recruitment processes while working alongside talented specialists in a collaborative environment. We seek a dynamic individual with a proactive mindset who can thrive in a complex organizational structure and has at least one year of recruitment experience and an understanding of the end-to-end process while fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of the Workday system and experience in international team settings is advantageous.
