Job Description

As a SharePoint DevOps engineer in the Content & Communication solutions team, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint server farms including patching and managing service applications. Key duties include troubleshooting SharePoint issues, resolving performance problems, and handling migration tasks. You will work with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server, requiring expertise in SharePoint Central Administration, Azure, IIS, PowerShell, and SQL scripting. Knowledge in creating custom web parts and integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 services is essential. Problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and effective communication are crucial for this role in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with front-end and back-end development, including JavaScript and C#, is also necessary. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to evolving business needs and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
