Job Description

Telia ACE seeks an experienced Software Engineer to enhance its customer service platform. In this role you will join a dynamic Scrum team focused on improving the Knowledge Base management services using .NET and MS Azure cloud solutions. You will also have opportunities to work with new programming languages such as Go and Rust and be involved in modernizing the platform with GenAI technologies while collaborating closely with stakeholders and team members. A successful candidate will have a solid foundation in back-end development including proven experience with .NET and a willingness to learn and adapt. Responsibilities also include possibly taking on Scrum Master duties. This position promotes learning within a diverse team committed to delivering exceptional user experiences. The base salary ranges from €4,200 to €6,300 monthly plus additional benefits.
