Job Description

The Nekilnojamojo turto vadybininkas (-ė) at Telia Lietuva is responsible for the effective administration of base station lease contracts and seamless collaboration with network planning colleagues and real estate partners. This role requires practical experience in the real estate market, negotiation experience, and proficiency in document administration or contract preparation. A driver's license is essential, and legal experience in real estate is preferred. Candidates must be proactive, goal-oriented, and willing to take responsibility for outcomes. The monthly salary for this position ranges from €2,600 to €3,300 before taxes.
