Job Description

As Head of Commercial Planning for Telia's Consumer division you will manage the commercial activity calendar ensuring a balance between resource utilization and commercial goals. Your key responsibilities include measuring commercial activities and facilitating effective communication among Commercial and Sales teams. You will lead large-scale projects impacting the Consumer business and develop processes for campaign preparation that foster collaboration among internal teams. The ideal candidate is results-driven with strong leadership and organizational skills capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring task execution aligns with deadlines. Your experience in driving commercial success particularly in marketing and sales will be crucial as you develop strategic initiatives to meet business objectives. Proficiency in English and Lithuanian will enable you to engage with stakeholders effectively across various organizational levels.
