Job Description

As a Business Development Expert at Telia Global Services Lithuania you will play a key role in advancing our nearshoring strategy and contributing to transformative business development. This opportunity involves leveraging your strategic competencies as you develop the business's strategic direction and translate it into actionable steps that maximize value for the Telia Group. You will engage in various business development initiatives establishing key performance indicators to track progress and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business strategy and development change management and large-scale project management within international contexts. Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire change are essential. Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required and a background in Finance Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
