Job Description

As a B2B Sales Manager at Telia Lithuania you will manage customer relationships focusing on IT and telecommunications solutions. Your main responsibilities include achieving sales targets through long-term relationships with clients consulting on their needs preparing commercial offers conducting negotiations and securing contracts. You will monitor the competitive landscape and collaborate across teams to effectively address customer requirements. Ideal candidates are strategic proactive solution-oriented professionals with a strong customer focus and experience in B2B sales. A college or university degree and fluency in Lithuanian and English are required along with a valid driver’s license. The monthly salary range is €2,200 - €2,400 with additional quarterly bonuses.
