Job Description

As a Leading Trainer (B2B) at Telia Lietuva you will be integral in enhancing sales competence within the B2B organization by partnering with department managers to ensure the highest standard of training. You will focus on developing innovative training methods including e-learning while engaging with the tele sales team to improve skills like value selling and relationship building. A key element of the role is mentoring and coaching to foster a culture of competence development. You should bring a proven record of B2B sales experience along with strong public speaking and training capabilities. Stakeholder management and project coordination are essential skills as you navigate a large organization. The ideal candidate is proactive results-oriented and has a positive attitude that inspires others.
