Once upon a time our Conversion Rate Optimization team did such a good job optimizing our web that they started to play and experiment with our products and features. Now they’re nicknamed the Experimentation team and they dedicate their time to finding how any new feature could improve our user experience.\n\nThis team is filled with curious detail-oriented puzzle builders who love to observe and learn from various data. Their goal is to create a culture of experimentation throughout the company so that all employees understand the value and benefits of experimenting. And now they are looking for new pair of hands and brains to help them outsmart the competition!\n
