Job Description

As a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist at SEB in Vilnius you will support hiring managers in attracting candidates and delivering a smooth recruitment process which includes proactive sourcing CV screening assessments and candidate selection. You will also participate in HR and employer branding activities while managing candidates’ databases and ensuring continuous improvement within the recruitment process. This role requires proven experience as a Technical Recruiter a passion for providing exceptional experiences to candidates and hiring managers and strong communication skills for relationship building.
