Role:

Job Description

As a Scrum Master you will be an integral part of at least two autonomous full scope Agile teams involved in long-term cross tribe/domain projects promoting agile values and best practices. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring your teams helping them work smarter and continuously improve while ensuring that Agile principles are adhered to. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and Tech Leads to manage the backlog and facilitate sprint ceremonies removing impediments and ensuring the teams have the resources they need to achieve their objectives. You will also work alongside a Chief Scrum Master to mentor less experienced Scrum Masters providing guidance in implementing Scrum ceremonies and enhancing team skills. The ideal candidate is someone with 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master capable of working with multiple teams and experienced with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
