Job Description

As a Jira Support Engineer at SEB you will join the Agile IT Service Management team focused on maintaining and supporting Jira Confluence and MyRequest Portal. This role involves leveraging technology to offer world-class service across SEB's international business divisions creating a cohesive environment for over 2800 employees. Your responsibilities will include providing support to stakeholders managing technical improvements handling incidents and requests for Jira users. You should possess experience in system administration or IT support ideally with knowledge of Jira cloud or data center environments. A proactive mindset team spirit and a desire to learn are essential as you engage with users across various countries suggesting solutions and improvements in an Agile framework.
