The position of Junior Specialist in the Factoring Team at SEB involves delivering factoring services to clients within the Baltic states and ensuring timely and efficient task execution. The role requires close collaboration with colleagues across various business units while contributing to a learning culture. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and be proactive in seeking the best solutions while valuing quality. A background in economics finance or accounting is preferred or candidates should be final year students. SEB values continuous learning and offers support from colleagues and management along with opportunities for career development. The salary range for this role is between 1.600€ and 2.000€ per month before taxes depending on experience and competencies providing a competitive benefits package based on SEB's remuneration policy in Lithuania.
