As a Global Mobility Specialist at SEB you will play a crucial role in managing the relocation processes of employees working abroad. Your main responsibilities include ensuring high-quality execution of mobility processes optimizing procedures and ensuring compliance with immigration and tax regulations. You will support employees and their families throughout the relocation journey while driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration is key as you will work with teams across SEB's international offices to contribute to continuous improvement efforts. We seek individuals with a strong background in Global Mobility excellent communication skills and knowledge of international regulations. You will navigate complex situations and provide valuable advice to managers regarding cost and compliance best practices.
