This role involves leading a team of five individuals who develop innovative payment solutions across various banking channels in the Baltic region. As a Delivery Team Lead you will combine the responsibilities of a Scrum Master and a team lead focusing on both team welfare and project delivery. You will facilitate Scrum processes grow team capabilities and manage the backlog while ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement of work practices. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in finance particularly in payments ambitious leadership qualities practical Scrum experience and the ability to engage effectively with various organizational levels.
