Job Description

As a data engineer at SEB you will work within a team of six data engineers focused on ensuring efficient data storage processing and retrieval utilizing advanced big data technologies for analytics and machine learning initiatives. Your role will emphasize data quality security and compliance aligning with organizational goals. The current technology stack includes GCP Terraform GitLab Python and SQL. Successful candidates should have proficiency in Python and/or Scala hands-on experience with SQL and basic knowledge of Spark alongside a creative approach to complex problem-solving. Emphasis on CI/CD and automation is crucial as experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP AWS or Azure is advantageous.
