The ideal candidate will have a strong sales management track record and lead a team focused on achieving sales targets. This role emphasizes continuous learning and development and requires enthusiasm for the financial market. You will report to the Baltic Digital Banking Head and manage a team while aligning activities with stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid working model and a competitive salary package ranging from 5,050 € to 7,550 € a month.
