Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess at least a 2:1 degree from a top university and have over 5 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience in building trading products or working with them is essential alongside a solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end. A knack for breaking complex problems into smaller, manageable pieces, strong data analysis skills, and a passion for the financial industry are also crucial for success in this role. A background in the crypto industry or familiarity with SQL or Python would be an added advantage.
