We then utilize various data points and advanced machine learning algorithms to provide the best possible options for each client and build fully automated solutions that self-improve over time. We seek next-level Data Scientists to board our FinTech rocket ship and shape the future of financial services apps alongside top professionals in Product Design Data Science and Engineering on impactful projects. The task is big but you won’t do it alone. 💪

Job Requirements

Candidates should have experience building and leading a significant data science team within a scaling organization. A Bachelor's Master's or PhD in STEM fields such as Mathematics Computer Science or Engineering is essential. Proficiency in data science tools including Python coding SQL and production tools is required along with a deep understanding of probability and statistics. Big picture thinking to diagnose problems and effectively productionize research is crucial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to partner with Product Owners and business heads. Nice to have qualifications include an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline and strong programming skills in languages such as Java Scala or C++. Experience in anti-fraud departments and previous roles in large tech firms worth over $15B are also advantageous.
