Compliance is a key team that ensures Revolut’s products and processes meet the regulatory requirements and translate this into the best customer outcomes. They’ve got an outstanding ability to find solutions and carry out testing in a purely digital environment. Those data-driven experts know that better people and machines are the most effective way of managing conduct risk. We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager who can see what’s needed to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance. You‘ll be responsible for advising our business on compliance requirements and related controls. Be warned, this is a very hands-on role.

Job Requirements

Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy compliance function or regulator is essential. You should possess knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis policy creation and implementation with expertise in payments prepaid cards or deposits. Demonstrating ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines is crucial. A solid understanding of compliance risk and business risk interplay and the ability to effectively communicate with various teams and regulators is required. Strong multi-tasking skills detail orientation sound judgement excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge and experience in regulatory payments requirements are important with a willingness to develop expertise in areas such as crypto and privacy.
